August has always been my favourite month as my birthday falls in this month, and a large amount of the items in this post are gifted items.
Beats Solo 2 Headphones
Kicking this post off are these beautiful Headphones. First and foremost let's talk about the colour, they are rose gold, rose gold, ROSE GOLD. That excites me a great dealt, can you tell ?? They are the exact same colour as my iPhone and another item in this post. This is a BIG deal. Okay enough fan girling over the god damn beautiful colour, and lets focus on the actual headphones.
They are such a quality item, they have weight to them and feel like they will last for ever, because prior to these headphones I have been lucky if I keep headphones 6 months. They are also wireless, this is such a major thing (obviously not as much as the colour) to be able to connect your iPhone via bluetooth and then just get on with your day is so uplifting, and with a battery life of 12 hours they last for ever too. It is clear here that I am pretty much obsessed with these headphones right now…

iPad Pro
This was a very generous birthday gift from my parents to replace my iPad 2 (complete with its characterful cracks in the screen). Again in Rose gold, which is rocking my world right now.
Not a lot to say about this one, we all know what it does and how it works, but I want to use this section to reiterate my thanks to my parents for this essential item.

Lemon tea light holder
I always say when life gives you lemons, give them back and ask for something better, so this candle holder from my mega babe Laura is a constant reminder to work harder, to do more and to never to settle for second best.
It will be a lovely keepsake on my desk to help me thrive.
Personalised Bangle
More jewellery you ask, well yes I am a magpie so yes more jewellery. This was such a sweet gift from my sister.
Very simple and understated with just my initials engraved. It works really well with my other pieces, so I am very happy.

Zatchel cross body Bag
A treat to myself, it's yes another bag, but it's navy blue which marks a difference in accessories for me. The push lock opening to the bag is both easy to use and secure which is great for when you are out and about.
I like that it's compact and lightweight but holds all that I need to carry, it's not the smallest but it's not the biggest, so it's a really good trade off. Another great thing about Zatchels bags is that they come with a lifetime guarantee so if it breaks they will fix or replace it, which is a major plus point.

Denman Vented Curling Brush
A brush, how dull. No I say, no indeed as you may or may not be aware I have quite a unique hair style and to maintain it I need a good brush to help give it the best blow dry.
This brush is billed as a curling brush which clearly is not how I use it, I blow dry my hair to sit in under my jaw line and this brush is perfect for that. Also because it's vented it allows the hair to dry quicker and more thoroughly because the hot air circulates. It's a great update and I have really noticed the difference.

This concludes my second new in post, we've had the highs of premium technology and the lows of hair brushes quite the whirlwind journey... Let me know what you love, what's your favourite ? Let my know in the comments.
Bye for now darlings.
